Story Multi-Level™ began over six years ago, as our dream vision for a new way of community living, and functioning within the workplace. What you do matters, your offering and contribution to the world, and how “the way in which” connected with the why “behind what you do” is becoming even more important. The vision and driving force behind SML™ is people, authentic connection, seeing others purpose truly lived out. Not about profit, but purpose, we are not corporate but for the collective. More than that, it’s a fullly integrated intersect, of where work meets live, meets play. A seamless authentic interconnected relationship between them, resulting in a dynamic gathering of skills, talents and contribution.

Naturally evolving into a sharing people network, that allows for better connection, better collaboration, and shared thinking. It’s an urban village that celebrates the creative, the artisan, the craftsman, and showcases these skillsets within the weekdays. Beyond the Monday to Friday, evolving into open weekend market days and events that can facilitate, host and cater to the broader community.

We’ve visually, in collaboration with talented animator & renderer, Juran Manuel, created this multi-story, multi-level habitat. This first phase render showcases a walkthrough of these levels, in a seamless integration of a dynamic work, live, play, daily rhythm and reality. True community, not just about business, technology and advancing individuals and companies, but one of daily human functioning and thriving, within a myriad of different expressions and core human needs and desires.

Story Multi-Level™ takes us beyond the walls of the congested city, and within the suburbs, directly into communities. Relieving the pressures of time, stress through pollution and traffic, freeing up the tension of overpopulated CBD’s and growing nearer to families. It is a multi-site model, taking on various forms and shapes, as it integrates into the unique environments, urban areas and people groups. It understands it’s core aesthetic and functioning offerings, and scales according to it’s location and need within it’s various habitats, backdrops and settings.

Intended to launch in the near future, in collaboration and partnership with urban community planners and developers, the natural progression for the now obvious need we have in society. We realise this unique embarking and build is going to require many more influential players to come together on some core human needs. Some of which, is to see communities thrive, individuals find purpose and freedom, all through better connection and a better way of working, living and overall impacting.
