Brief

Envision the full potential of an Actuarial Firm, and capture it’s essence through it’s steering executive team. To influence and enhance the culture, and develop initiatives inline with their broader vision for the company.

Solution

It was important that we created an image that portrayed a high level of professionalism, accompanied by an authentic, transparent and open, engaging workplace. Developing and fostering their E-3 methodology of excellence, efficiency and expertise. This project was less of a rebrand and rather more of providing Munro with their overall identity. We were involved in creating a new holistic corporate identity ranging from logo design to training manuals, publications, corporate events, environments, including cafe, connect and office spaces, as well as people culture.
